LIBRARY UNDERGOES REHABILITATION
As part of the general rehabilitation work at Chancellor College, the past month has been focused on work in the library. As a result, college management announced that the library would be closed to the general public from.
The work has mainly involved the tiling of upper and middle floors of the library, and the painting of its walls. One offshoot of this work has been the removal of the old library carpet, which has subsequently been sold to the public. The wooden tiles that previously covered the floors have also been removed.
Since December, library staff have been involved in moving furniture, including desks, shelves and chairs.
