Profile
Boniface Dokotala is a Lecturer in French in the Languages, Linguistics and Classical Studies Department of the University of Malawi. He holds a Master’s degree in Translation (French/English) from the Advanced School of Translators and Interpreters (ASTI) of the University of Buea in Cameroon and a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Humanities, major of French) from the University of Malawi. He is a certified examiner of the DELF French language examinations. He teaches a variety of courses in Translation and Interpretation, African and French Literature, among others. His areas of interest include African francophone literature, translation/interpretation pedagogy and practice, and the teaching of French as a Foreign Language.
