Assistant Estates and Facilities Officer (UM9)

Qualifications and Attributes

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil/structural engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Facilities Management or related field.

  • 3 years’ relevant work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring construction and maintenance works.

  2. Inspecting activities on construction and maintenance sites.

  3. Inspecting materials going into construction and maintenance projects.

  4. Implementing plans and designs according to standards.

  5. Requisitioning building materials.

  6. Monitoring compliance to OSHA standards.

  7. Monitoring usage of hostels and facilities.

  8. Inspecting buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
