Qualifications and Attributes
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Bachelor’s Degree in civil/structural engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Facilities Management or related field.

3 years’ relevant work experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Monitoring construction and maintenance works.
-
Inspecting activities on construction and maintenance sites.
-
Inspecting materials going into construction and maintenance projects.
-
Implementing plans and designs according to standards.
-
Requisitioning building materials.
-
Monitoring compliance to OSHA standards.
-
Monitoring usage of hostels and facilities.
-
Inspecting buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
