Qualifications and Attributes
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related qualification.

3 years’ relevant experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
-
Implementing ODeL policies, plans, strategies and standards
-
Facilitating registration and admission of ODeL students
-
Coordinating and implementing academic activities for ODeL programmes
-
Implementing quality assurance standards for ODeL programmes.
-
Providing career guidance to open distance and e-learning students.
-
Responding to staff and students’ inquiries, queries and grievances.
-
Organizing and conducting public awareness activities.
-
Monitoring students’ progress and dropout
-
Implementing and monitoring effective, efficient and economic utilization of resources.
-
Maintaining ODeL programmes and student’s databank.
