Qualifications and Attributes
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in accounting or related fields.

3 years’ relevant work experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Filing all debtors’ correspondence.
-
Capturing manual invoices into the accounting system.
-
Managing debtors and updating debtors’ records.
-
Preparing and submitting debtors' schedules.
-
Preparing and submitting statements to debtors.
-
Facilitating the timely recovery of debts.
-
Assisting in preparing debtors' reconciliations.
-
Assisting in reviewing vouchers for discrepancies.
-
Providing regular and accurate cash flow projections.
-
Monitoring credit limits and debt repayment.
-
Participating in the preparation of audit schedules.
-
Attending and responding to debtor enquiries.
-
Assisting in handling audit queries.
