Qualifications and Attributes
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Diploma in Procurement/Supply Chain and Logistics or any relevant field.

Must be a member of MIPS.

1-year relevant work experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Assisting in planning, implementation, and monitoring portfolio procurement activities.

Assisting in the production of portfolio procurement reports.
-
Assisting in processing procurement documents and schedules.
-
Assisting in managing the bidding process.
-
Determining product specifications in liaison with Heads of Departments.
-
Assisting in maintaining procurement records.
-
Capturing data for all procurement activities.
-
Checking and verifying procured goods and services.
-
Attending to procurement queries.
10. Registering and distributing tender documents.
