Applicants should have an advanced certificate in purchasing and supply from a recognized institution plus three years’ experience.

  • Facilitating the replenishment of stocks

  • Carrying out stock check/stocktaking

  • Reporting on stock variances

  • Updating stock records

  • Reconciling stocks.

  • Issuing and receipting stock items

  • Ensuring safe keeping of stores
